My Sugar Pie needed to transition their main shop website to Square in order to better align their online store with in-bakery operations. The project required a backend-heavy approach focused on unifying their POS and online systems, organizing products, configuring settings to match real-world workflows, and ensuring accurate shipping setup, all while making the transition clear and manageable for both the owner and staff.
Solution:
A fully unified Square website that seamlessly connects My Sugar Pie’s POS and online store. Products were organized for clarity and efficiency, settings were tailored to match in-bakery processes, and shipping was accurately configured for online orders. To support a smooth rollout, employee and owner informational calls were led to ensure everyone understood the system, creating a streamlined workflow that supports daily operations both in-store and online.
